Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns for store credit, exchange of size, or exchange of items. Please ensure your return meets the below requirements:

Store Credit & Exchanges
Returns accepted for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging.

Refunds
No refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items. Refunds only issued if:

• Item is faulty
• You received the wrong item

For either, contact support with your order number and clear photos.

How to Start a Return
Use the Returns Portal or email chosenbyffv@gmail .com. Return shipping is on the customer. Exchange re-shipments are covered by SWEATS.

SWEATS reserves the right to reject returns outside the window or not in original condition — package gets sent back at customer's expense.
